This Forklift Operator position combines sit-down and stand-up forklift operation with general warehouse duties including loading, unloading, picking, and inventory support. Team members work in a fast-paced warehouse environment and help maintain efficient shipping and receiving operations.
Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack materials safely
- Assist with picking, packing, and staging outbound orders
- Unload incoming shipments and organize inventory within the warehouse
- Perform general labor duties including labeling, sorting, wrapping, and palletizing
- Support inventory control, cycle counting, and stock organization
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times
- Follow company safety policies and warehouse procedures
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to maintain efficient workflow
Hiring Requirements
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
- Steel-toe shoes required
- Minimum 3 months recent sit-down forklift experience required
- Forklift certification required or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
