Position Overview

We are seeking dependable General Labor Associates to support basic warehouse and production operations in Phoenix, AZ. This role may include loading and unloading, sorting, packing, cleaning, and other general duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate is reliable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and comfortable performing physical tasks throughout the shift. This position may be temporary, temp-to-hire, or long-term depending on the assignment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse and labor duties as assigned
• Load and unload trucks, containers, or pallets
• Sort, label, pack, and move materials or products
• Assist with stocking, staging, and organizing inventory
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and site rules
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
• Use basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, carts, or scanners when required
• Assist supervisors and team members with various tasks as needed

Hiring Requirements

• Must be able to work in a warehouse, production, or outdoor environment
• Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
• Background check and/or drug test may be required depending on assignment
• Steel-toe shoes may be required at some job sites
