Mountain View, California – September 17, 2024 – Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) – the global research and advisory firm focused on staffing and workforce solutions – announced the 2024 Fastest-Growing Staffing Firms in the US. The annual list ranks firms by compound annual growth rate (CAGR) for US staffing revenue from 2019-2023, excluding acquisitions.

Although 2023 was a difficult year for the United States staffing market, 145 firms qualified for this year’s US list,” said SIA President Ursula Williams. “Congratulations to these businesses for their perseverance and resilience.
To qualify for the 2024 list, staffing firms must have posted at least $1 million in revenue in 2019 and had a compound annual growth rate of 15% or more between 2019 and 2023. Qualifying data for the ranking is collected and evaluated in SIA’s annual staffing firm survey.
