What should I do if I'm running late?

Please notify your supervisor or contact StaffNow support as soon as possible before your shift starts. Keeping us informed helps us manage the onsite team and ensure operations run smoothly.

How do I clock in and out using the StaffNow app?

Open the StaffNow app on your smartphone when you arrive at your workplace. Make sure your location services are enabled, and tap the “Clock In” button at the start of your shift, and “Clock Out” when your workday ends.
