How do I clock in and out using the StaffNow app?

How does StaffNow verify the identity and background of workers?

How far in advance do I need to post a shift?
While our platform is designed to handle last-minute, on-demand staffing requests, we highly recommend posting your shifts at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to guarantee the highest fulfillment rates for your auctions or events.
What happens if a worker is injured during a shift?
Safety is our absolute priority. In the rare event of an injury, you must notify the StaffNow team immediately. We will take over and handle the situation right away, managing the entire claims process and documentation directly so you can focus on your business.
