StaffNow is currently seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our core manufacturing workforce as an Entry-Level Battery Assembler in Phoenix, AZ. This full-time position offers a highly comfortable, climate-controlled work environment and consistent daytime hours (Monday through Friday). In this role, you will assemble battery units using hand and power tools according to detailed work instructions, perform quality checks, and track inventory. Key Responsibilities

Assemble battery components using hand and power tools according to clear work instructions and engineering specs.

Perform basic visual inspections to ensure assembled products meet strict quality standards.

Record accurate production outputs and traceability data in manufacturing logs or systems.

Perform routine cycle counts and actively assist with physical warehouse inventory audits.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while collaborating efficiently with production team members.

Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, operational guidelines, and company procedures.
Job Requirements & Qualifications

Entry-level opportunity; basic mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience using power tools preferred.

Must own and wear Steel-Toe Shoes on the shop floor.

Physical capability to stand for extended periods, bend, twist, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch throughout the shift.

Ability to continuously lift up to 70 lbs (mechanical lifting assistance is available for heavier items).

Strong focus on safety compliance, punctuality, and attention to detail.
