Position Overview
StaffNow is currently seeking a dependable, skilled Forklift Driver to join our warehouse operations team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will operate a sit-down forklift to safely move, stack, load, and unload materials and finished products throughout the facility. If you have at least 3 years of forklift experience, proficiency with RF scanning equipment, and are looking for a reliable Monday through Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) with a steady $20.00/hr weekly paycheck, this position offers an excellent long-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities

Operate a sit-down forklift to efficiently move, stack, load, and unload materials across the facility.

Prepare, secure, and transport heavy loads according to established facility safety procedures.

Perform daily equipment inspections and basic routine maintenance on assigned MHE.

Use RF scanning equipment to accurately track inventory and manage stock movements.

Strictly follow OSHA regulations, safety guidelines, and company operational protocols.
Job Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: At least 3 years of sit-down forklift operation experience required.

Must own and wear Steel-Toe Shoes on the warehouse floor.

Proven proficiency using RF scanners for inventory management.

Strong focus on workplace safety compliance, attention to detail, and punctuality.
