Position Overview
StaffNow is currently seeking a dependable, leadership-minded Assembly Team Lead to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure production tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule. If you have prior experience in warehouse or production lead roles, strong communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving, this position offers a great long-term opportunity with competitive pay ($22.00 – $24.00/hr DOE) and a consistent daytime schedule.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate daily tasks to ensure work is completed efficiently and on schedule.

Assign responsibilities to team members and monitor progress throughout the shift.

Provide guidance, training, and ongoing support to employees as needed.

Ensure employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and work instructions.

Monitor productivity and quality to help meet daily operational goals.

Communicate staffing needs, attendance concerns, and operational updates to management.

Assist with hands-on warehouse or production duties when needed.

Identify workflow issues and help resolve problems to minimize delays.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Report production concerns, equipment issues, and other operational matters to the appropriate supervisor.

Help onboard and train new employees.

Encourage teamwork, accountability, and professional communication.
Job Requirements & Qualifications

Previous team lead, supervisory, warehouse, or production experience preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to delegate tasks and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Forklift experience or certification is a plus.
