StaffNow is currently seeking a dependable, hardworking individual to join our core workforce as a Warehouse & Manufacturing Associate (3rd Shift) at a growing, modern facility in Buckeye. This full-time, temp-to-hire position offers a highly stable and active environment within a fully air-conditioned manufacturing plant designed with employee safety and comfort in mind. Key Responsibilities

Perform general warehouse, manufacturing, and machine operator duties as assigned.

Operate basic warehouse equipment, hand tools, and power tools to assemble and prepare products for shipment.

Move, organize, stage, and apply decals/labels to products and materials across the facility.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while collaborating efficiently with team members.

Strictly follow all company safety procedures, operational guidelines, and quality standards.
Job Requirements & Qualifications

Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

Physical capability to perform active manufacturing tasks throughout the entire work shift.

Schedule Flexibility: Must be flexible to work any day Monday through Sunday, due to a rotating schedule.

Hands-on experience with tools, machinery, or general labor is a plus.
